This is Jewel's favourite and my favourite! Bird Nest! Normally I will buy those raw ones and cook it. But today we shall have the bottled ones from the CNY hamper. Jewel started to consume it since she was in my tummy till now, fortunate girl.
Many should know the benefits of it. Basically it is to nourish the lungs and supposedly to rejuvenate the skin thus giving your complexion THE GLOW. I am hoping that Jewel will be able to maintain her current complexion till adulthood. So I have been feeding her bird nest once every week. Gosh...it is an expensive maintainence. Mommy and Daddy loves you lots.
