It is a good day today. Everyone has recovered. Ian is gaining weight, Jewel is getting chubbier, Hub's job prospect looking good and finally my new maid is here! Also, read an update from my Facebook that my friend's nanny is getting better day by day and can be discharged from the hospital within these few days. *claps* Do you agree that sometimes all bad things will come to you at one shot and sometimes all good things will happen at one shot too?

Ebi Mayo
Ingredients;
500g Prawns
Cooking Oil, for deep frying
1 Egg
8 Tbs Cornflour
6 Tbs Japanese Mayonnaise, KewPie
2 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
2 Teaspoon Honey
Steps;
- Devine and wash prawns. Remove the head and the shell, leaving the tail.
- Heat oil in wok, beat egg in the prawns, coat them with cornflour and deep fry until golden brown. Probably around 3 mins.
- Dish it out, drip away the oil and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce and honey.
- Coat prawn with the mixture and serve.
